Make API call to Orchestrator, doesn't return the jobs status

Issue Description

While workflow is running from Orchestrator UI or UiPath Assistant, the response of Job query API (/odata/Jobs) via 'Orchestrator HTTP Request' activity dost not include @odata.count.

Troubleshooting

Please check the following:

  • This issue is observed in Orchestrator 2023.4.3
  • This issue is only occurring while running from UiPath Assistant or from Orchestrator UI (Unattended Robot), however running from Studio is good.

Resolution

This is a known issue for Orchestrator. The workaround is to add $count=true to the request endpoint. By doing this, @odata.count will be always included in the response.

An example of relative endpoint in 'Orchestrator HTTP Request' activity is: /odata/Jobs?$filter=((ProcessType eq 'Process'))&$top=1&$orderby=CreationTime desc&$count=true
