The user is experiencing issues with robot livestreaming on UiPath Robots version 24.10.8, where they are unable to view robot livestreams for debugging purposes. The error message received is "GET 404 Not Found" when attempting to access the Traffic Manager address internally on the robot machine. The issue began after upgrading to Windows Server 2025.

Issue Description

An upgrade to Windows Server 2025 prevents robot livestreams from being viewed for debugging purposes. Attempts to access the Traffic Manager address internally on the robot machine result in a "GET 404 Not Found" error message. The problem arises with UiPath Robots version 24.10.8.

Root Cause

The issue stems from an incompatibility between UiPath Robots version 24.10.8 and Windows Server 2025. Additionally, livestreaming functionality was not properly enabled during the installation process, which prevents the Traffic Manager from functioning as expected.

Resolution

Step 1: Upgrade UiPath Robots to Version 2024.10.16

If the robot version being used is earlier than 2024.10.16, upgrade to UiPath Robots version 2024.10.16, which provides compatibility with Windows Server 2025. (Reference)

  1. Obtain UiPath Robots version 2024.10.16 from the UiPath Portal.
  2. Install the updated version.

Step 2: Enable Livestreaming During or Post Installation

Ensure the installation process includes the livestreaming functionality by using the ADDLOCAL=LiveStreaming flag. Without this flag, the necessary components required for livestreaming functionality are excluded starting with the 2024.10 version of Robot. (Reference)
