What could be the potential causes for the issue experienced by the customer while executing an HTTP activity in Studio Web, given that the project uses both UiPath.VMware.Activities and UiPath.Web.Activities as dependencies?

Issue Description

The HTTP Request activity from the UiPath.WebAPI.Activities package in a project within UiPath Studio Web may encounter the following error:

Error:

HTTP Request: Could not load type 'RestSharp.IRestClient' from assembly 'RestSharp, Version=108.0.2.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=598062e77f915f75'.

Root Cause

The error occurs due to a version conflict between the RestSharp dependency used by different activity packages in the project.

Resolution

  1. Open the project in UiPath Studio Desktop instead of Studio Web.

  1. Identify and remove any unused dependencies in the project, specifically UiPath.VMWare.Activities (if not required by the project).
  2. Save the project after removing the unnecessary dependencies to Cloud.

  1. Reopen or refresh the project in UiPath Studio Web.

At this point, the HTTP Request activity should function without encountering the described error.
