Requiring Release Notes On Publish?

Is there a way to require release notes when a package/project is published from Studio to Orchestrator? For groups that want to track changes, having an option to require that field prior to publishing would come in handy.

You can make it Mandatory using the governance option which enforces the user to provide release notes before publishing…
