- Cause #1: The Credential Proxy URL is not publicly exposed to the internet
Resolution: The Orchestrator Credential Proxy's URL has to be publicly exposed.
- Cause #2: The Orchestrator Cloud Outbound IP addresses have not been whitelisted.
Resolution: Confirm the region of the Orchestrator instance and whitelist the Orchestrator Outbound IP addresses accordingly.
