Request to downgrade from Enterprise Trial to Community

Hello UiPath Team,

I created a new account and selected the Community option, but I was automatically assigned an Enterprise Trial. I do not need enterprise features and would like my account reverted to the standard Community Edition without a trial.

Please downgrade my account to pure Community so I can work within the free license limits.

This is not the place to raise such a request. You need to make a support ticket.

You can’t opt out of the trail once started. Either you will have to purchase the enterprise license or let the trail period over.
