"Request Help" pop up appearing

Hi,

Has anyone ever seen the attached pop up when running a process on Windows 10. I can’t seem to find why it is appearing or what it relates to?

Seems like a random pop-up generated by windows.
Are you using a combination of hotkeys in your workflow ? (They may be triggering the pop-up, try indicating them on a screen)
Is there an app installed on your machine with that name? (or may be internal windows 10 help app)

It was a pop up related to the NetSupport application on the PC. We were able to disable it.
