Reporting: How to store multi-year transaction data?

Goal: Generate an overview of the FTE savings per project per month for the past x years.

Issue: Where is the data stored?

I found:

  • Completed queue items:

The default duration is 30 days.
The maximum duration is 180 days.

Because of the 180d limit, a multi-year overview requires moving the data elsewhere. The archiving section offers only 1 option: zip files in a storage bucket.

Is there really no classic relational db available at UiPath that can store transaction id, project id, completed timestamp and status?
How are other companies generating reports?

Hi Anil,

It unfortunately confirms that we need to export the data outside of UiPath Cloud to our own systems in order to get a view on transactions over 180d.

ideally yes

think of it like this you getting the data exposed then there is no need to sue insights…so obviously it would be stored but if we need we need to export it first itself
