Good day. I am Maria Chávez from the RPA Developer Spanish course. I have been working on different modules of the course, which I have completed and received a completion certificate for. However, today when I logged into the platform to continue with my self-study, those modules no longer appear as completed; it seems as if I have never done anything. I don’t know what could have happened; I have already requested help through a ticket.
Check if you are logged in with the same email id previously used.

Since you’ve already filed a support ticket, that’s the right channel, this kind of issue (completed modules/progress resetting) usually needs someone on the Academy support side to check your account records directly. They will have access to your account data in the backend, so this should be resolved soon by the UiPath Support.
