I can’t reply to a mail from this shared mailbox by using “Reply to Outlook Mail Message .
I have sent email manually so no access issue for shared mail account.
Show the properties of Reply to Outlook mail message activity.
As per error you didn’t shortcuts the account name which should be your shared mailbox mail id.

It looks like you are trying to use the recepients e-mail address as the sender address?
Could you try and manually write the excact e-mail address that you would want to reply from (the shared mailbox).
If you feel all is configured correctly then try to use the Immediate panel when the error hits, to check the value of your currentMailMessage.From.Address

I don’t have a shared mailbox to try @pavan_kumar but I will check and let you know if any solution for your issue.
