Replacing Data based on one column

Hi Everyone,

I have 2 Excel sheets, where one is Input template, I have to replace data into template in final step.
I am facing an issue while replacing data into it. Could any one please help me in this. I am attaching 2 excel sheets.

Headers from template sheet to data sheet
Seller SKU : Seller SKU
mgSKU : mgSKU
list_price : list_price
sell_unit_price : price
buy_now_inventory : qtyAv
