Replace Time based trigger to event based trigger

Hey @zoyebmansuri A time-based trigger typically involves setting the automation to run at specific intervals, for example, every day at 9 AM or every hour.
An event-based trigger, on the other hand, will cause the automation to start in response to specific events or changes, like the arrival of an email, a new file being added to a folder, or when a certain condition in a system is met.
