Replace Image Using Alt Text on Multiple

I am doing an automation using Studio X, where it is similar to a mail merge but the image needs to change based on the Alt text. I keep getting this error

I know how to replace image if it is one image but I want the image to change based on the status of the project. Can someone Please HeLP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

You can first load the photo with the load active and then use the picture variable dynamically here.
