Renew licenses

Desperately trying to renew our licenses with the new certificate we have been sent. We use the REGUTIL offline method. we are running 2018.2.6, I can create the file all good, but everytime I paste the test into the activation portal I get “LicenseCode is inactive”

Any help?

That means that your license code is inactive. Please run regutil.exe -getinfo or contact support to check your license code.
