Rename tenant and user tenant URLs

I have an existing tenant and wanted to rename it. Would the users’ url need to be renamed as well? Is this possible?
or
Would it be more practical to create a new tenant and move users from the old tenant?

Any recommendations or process on how to handle this without or minimal impact to current users.

Hey @MaeHU

Renaming tenant will disconnect all robots and users.

But creating new tenant is a bit redundant work to re-create everything from scratch.

I felt the better thing to do is rename the tenant and request users to update accordingly.
