Rename Duplicate Columns in a data table throwing error

Good Day.

I am using the following code in my workflow for renaming the duplicate column names.

Continuing the discussion from How to replace all the spaces of Headers with "_":

I am getting the following error.

Assign New Column NAmes: No data is available for encoding 1252. For information on defining a custom encoding, see the documentation for the Encoding.RegisterProvider method.
