We’re currently moving over from using Task Capture to Task Mining. One of the key differences between the two is that Task Capture left redaction of images up to the user whilst Task Mining tries to automate redaction (blurring) of Personally Identifying Information. It mostly does a good job but sometimes can be a bit overly enthusiastic:
In this image it has correctly redacted the name of the user and their user picture but has also redacted the labels of some of the buttons. Is there some way to tell it to unredact that? We had a poke around and looked at the documents but couldn’t see anything relevant.
