Removed Pending Form Task can still be retrieved via Get Form Task Activity
Issue Description
Even if a pending Form Task is removed, it can still be retrieved via the Get Form Task activity.
Reason
When a Task is removed, it will not be displayed in the Action Center UI anymore. However, in database it is designed as soft delete instead of hard delete. The Get Form Tasks activity retrieves all the tasks that meet the condition in the filter.
Resolution
Add another filter to ignore the removed tasks. For example: "(Status eq 'Pending') and (IsDeleted eq false)".
