Bot login to ticketing portal in which users create incidents for virus removal from their machine.
Bot read the incidents details and connect to affected user machine and copy virus removal software into that machine and start the scan.
There are two types of scan i.e. Quick scan and full scan. Quick scan can take up to 5mins to 4hours while full scan can take 1hour to 3 days depend upon the machine condition.
After successfully completion of anti-virus software scan, second bot which is scanning bot will close the ticket on ticketing portal and send notification email to IT team.
If host machine is offline where bot want to initiate scan then bot will wait from 1 day to 3 working days excluding weekends and national holidays. If host machine is offline for more than 3 working days then bot will create ticket and assign it to IT team.
