Remote DeskTop Window

Hello
My RPA has access to another machine using Remote Desktop, however i’ve an issue, every time i run th RPA thru the orchestrator, the RD window becomes shorter.
Then all variables thtat it should get by screen scrapping are useless…
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

try with Maximize Window activity. It will maximize the selected window after launched or executed.

If not working with @nilesh.mahajan solution check the screen resolution settings. Issue could also be caused because is working on different resolution when running unattended (via orchestrator) > smaller size

You can find posts on how to check screen resolution here in the forum. Then compare screen resolution when testing in studio and launching in orchestrator. If they do not match change screen resolution settings as described in linked post.
