Regex Expression to identify Nil or Zero Keywords

I want to different patterns of NIL/NA/0/”00”/Zero/”N/A”/N.A phrases from a fieldin a document.
My BOT is able to identify it and is working fine, when im testing it in regex101.com but same running on bot, its giving false results.

Below is the expression im usng for it.

[Nn][iI][lL]|^\s*0+\s*$|[Zz]ero|[nN][\/\.\s]*[aA]|[nN][Oo]|^\s*$|[nN]ull

Any leads would be highy helpful.

Examples of inputs 
1. No,nO,no,NO 
2. NIL,nil,Nil
3. N/A, n/a,n.a.N.A
Similarly for above listed keywords

Using the case insentive option lets us simplify the pattern
