Regarding OTP generation

Hi Everyone,

Please help me in this query as it is the urgent priority.

We need OTP generation for our process but BOT can’t read it from SMS mobile and we don’t have to use email configuration. Can you please help me with the solution ? If Twilio is good ? Have you ever tried with it ?

Use of twilio would incur additional costs wouldn’t it… Are they aware of it?
May I know why exactly they are denying to use the emails and being okay to send the data to a cloud service? Is there any specific reason for this, I’m just curious to know…

Actually there are two authentication. They are using email configuration and the next stage is through mobile. Now first part is done but for the security reasons they are like to verify via mobile also.
