Regarding Excel_Copied Excel

Hi Team

We have 2 different excel
for every time we have to take the last cell data from the 1st column
after that, we have to search for that copied data in the other excel
If we find the simulated data in that Excel - Then = We have to Copy all the below data to paste into 1st Excel.
Else = leave it

How will we do this type of Scenario please one can help.
