Refresh Excel File in a Sharepoint Folder

I have 1000 excel files in a sharepoint folder. All files have different multiple sources. Each day an employee opens a file and waits a long time until data is refreshed from external multiple connections.
Problem is solved if someone at night would refresh all data so people in the morning would be able to open fresh updated file.
Nor sharepoint experts, nor flow experts, nor vba experts, nor db experts, nor excel experts, nor powerapp experts, nor google, nor forums provided a solution.

How to refresh excel files in a sharepoint folder? Should I use some sort of Office365 activities? I cant use Invoke VBA, you know synching files with computer is not reliable.
