Reframwork Condition Passing

Hai All,
I processing my workflow in Re framework but my transaction that is from get transaction data to process transaction should not be a no data i should pass the condition in New transaction. In my process transaction i am opening my outlook and looking for the mail with some subject for example my subject should be Re: Payment Form if any mail has received then it should pass from get transaction data to process. i had config the outlook mail id and in init state i had assigned the argument for subject which is a Boolean type variable. I had also passed but it does not go beyond the get transaction i dont know what i did is correct or not can any one guide me.
