Recognize response

Good morning, I am trying to read the answers to this pdf, I have to recognize if the x is in yes or no when answering your respective question. The problem is that when reading the pdf with the readpdf activity the position of the x does not matter since whether it is in yes or no the activity always recognizes it in the same place. That is, I cannot use tabs because there are no differences. I also attach the image of how to read the pdf.

You can use document understanding if its available and can extract the data

Alternately try to read odf with oreserve format so that the x will be placed accordingly
