Receiving error activating orchestrator license

I’ve installed Orchestrator (v2019.10.15) and successfully launched the application (Did not install Studio)
I’m using the activate offline process.
I’ve followed the steps in the documentation and downloaded the license.txt, when I attempt activate the license (load the license.txt) I get the below error:
“Invalid license format, could not interpret the information from server.”

Can someone please help?

No, I’m following the process using the Orchestrator application URL. I don’t have this folder “C:\Program Files (x86)\UiPath Platform\UiPath” The directory I have on the server is “C:\Program Files (x86)\UiPath\Orchestrator”
