Reading PDF data to excel after comparing the data

Hello all, I have to read digitalize data from PDF1 into an excel sheet, which is in this format,

Then I have to compare these data with another pdf data i.e PDF2 which is also in the same format,

Then after comparing the data of these 2 pdf’s I wish to write the data which does not match into another excel.
