Reading excel file problem

All,
i am getting this error whie reading a particular sheet in excel file alone.
RemoteException wrapping System.Exception: Job stopped with an unexpected exit code: 0xE0434352
digged through earlier forum says , check for running excel processes in task manager or excel file which we read might have got corrupted.
i checked in task manager. there is no excel process running before reading this file.
AFA corrupted possibility , am not sure am not finding anything odd about this file . i even compared with other similar files. it seems same.
can some one guide me to do a RCA on this ? i cant attach the file due to security reasons.

Try this - kill the excel using kill process activity.

Are you using more than one excel scope?

Go to Task Manager ,click on Details tab then close all the instances of excel if running or you can use kill process activity to kill the excel . Let me know if still there is issue.
