Read the table from email and store data in excel sheet in different columns

I want to extract the data from email… which is in tabular format… and put it in excel sheet in different columns… Kindly help

I have extracted and saved the data as .eml file. Please advise how to do copy and paste operation. .xaml file can be helpful.
