Read specific cell in main excel and write on another excel

Hi guy,
I have an issue.
I have 2 different excel file, main file and data file.

I want to write specific data onto the data file, the specific data can be search on the main file.
the main file will be reference for the data information, and fill into the data file with a different cell.
I want to fill in ID and reg account column based on the name by referring main file.

Can anyone help me to solve this.
