When I run my workflow,it is throwing error “Read range (Settings and Constants sheets): The type initializer for ‘UiPath.Shared.Telemetry.TelemetryProvider’ threw an exception.”

I have used UiPath.system.activities package 21.10.3 and downgraded to 21.8.0, still issue occurs. Please suggest

Is there anyone who has found a solution other than package upgrade or downgrade? This did not solve my problem.
