Check the Config file. If it has any hyperlink values just remove the hyperlink.
Config file can be found in Data\Config.xlsx

In my case the error was in a row which contains multiples email addresses, like “NameSurname@gmail.com; Name2Surname2@gmail.com”. The poblema was the semicolon character " ; ". I replaced it with a comma and it works.
