Read Range (Scope Vs System)

Hello all,

When we use system to read range, the formulae in excel gets triggered differently, specifically, strings in excels become caps sensitive and hence are evaluated differently. See Test file and code.

Due to some other reasons, we are unable to use Excel read range. Is there be a fix for this issue?
