I am getting above error when I reading an downloaded .xlsx file from a website can anyone help me how to resolve this??

Is it happening only to the newly downloaded excel files? If yes, can you please check whether the downloading is completed and the files are not corrupted?

Yes it is happening only for new downloaded file
and I have checked that the file is downloaded correctly

The file is corrupted…

Try to copy the data to another excel and try it again
