Read Range - Datatable converting the values in Number Format

In Read Range i have one excel worksheet name and i have provided the “Datatable” name.
When i am using the same datatable for write range activity, it’s converting the values as Number format.
For ex. there are values as : 0021, 0153, 0176, 0072 but the datatable is returning the values as : 21, 153, 176, 72.

Can someone please help me on this.
