Read range area in the middle of table

for example i have a table in an excel document
A | B | C | D
1 | 5 | 9 | 13
2 | 6 | 10 | 14
3 | 7 | 11 | 15
4 | 8 | 12 | 16

can i read only the 6,7,8,10,11,12 ? e.g read range from B3:C5 ?
