Read PDF With OCR - OCR Engine Missing & UiPath.OCR.Activities Package Not Found

Hi Everyone,

I’m facing an issue with the Read PDF With OCR activity in UiPath Studio.

  • The OCR Engine section shows “Missing or invalid activity. This activity is missing or could not be loaded.”
  • When I click Replace Activity, I don’t see any OCR engines like Tesseract OCR or Microsoft OCR.
  • I searched for UiPath.OCR.Activities in Manage Packages, but it says “No package found.”

Has anyone faced this issue before? How can I restore the OCR Engine activities or install the required OCR package?

@Shubham_Dhage welcome to community!

While searching in all package section remove all the filters that already. Click on filter icon where it showing 6 filters, remove those filters and search there you can find the ocr package.

And according your issue go project dependencies there repair your packages where it showing any error.

looks like the package pkgs.dev.azure is not reachable hen you are not findign the package

please correct the package source

Thank you, @yedukondaluaregala! Removing all the filters fixed the issue. The OCR packages are now visible, and my problem is resolved.

Thanks! @Anil_G The issue is resolved now. It was caused by the filters enabled in Manage Packages. After removing them, the package became visible. Appreciate your help!
