Read PDF With OCR: Error performing OCR: AbbyyErrorNotInstalled

Hello,

I’ve to use ABBYY OCR for pdf. I’ve Abby FlexiCapture engine and Standalone License. But when ı try to use Abby Ocr, UiPath gives me “Read PDF With OCR: Error performing OCR: AbbyyErrorNotInstalled” error.

Also, I created an account for Abby Cloud Ocr. I wrote my Application ID, password and server URL. However, this time ı take “Error Performing OCR: AbbyCloudErrorProcessingUnknown” error. I couldn’t find these problems in UiForum.

Can anyone help me by using Skype,AnyDesk or another screen sharing program?
