Read Pdf from a folder , look up variable and convert to another font size

Hi everyone,
i am currently working on the a workflow that could read all pdf, on every page in the pdf look up a variable then select and convert to another font size.
At the moment my workflow can only read all pdf in a folder, i have no clue how to look up a variable and select the variable then convert to another font size. Can anyone share some ideas or suggestions to me please?
