Read fillable/editable PDF files

Hi All,

Please help me on the below.

How to read data from fillable/editable PDF files. I am not getting the data entered in the name, mob, email, etc… fields

How to get these names using regex or background it should read.

I am able to print the all the data from below xaml file, but how to read read name and phone number?.
