I have excel name dashboard in that there is sheet base file first I am read that file then I want to press ctrl + shift+D then how I do it?

To read the excel use Read range activity

Use keyboard shortcuts click on record,Press the keys whatever you want to do

May I know the reason,Why you want to open that file…
If you want to read the file No need to open it.

because keyboard shortcut give an error without use appliucation and its ok without read press ctrl +shit+D

that’s why i am done like this

No need to use Use application or browser

After Copy/Paste Range activity use Read Cell activity to highlight the Base file - Claim Sheet
