Can anyone help how to read and store emails from external applications?What activities we have ?

External applications like Oracle.

Can you try using recording facility / simulating human actions ? Does it work for you ?

No Recordings.

I want to read emails based on subject and want to store in a collection or list and i want to process one by one.

please suggest.

How do you do this manually ? Open the inbox > check subject > if found, move to another folder > open the mail > take action etc…

Using recording facility in UiPath designer, you can create a workflow. You can make necessary changes to this workflow to get the desired results.
