Read Email Failure Notification Feature Should be There

When we use any Get Mail Message Client (Outlook / IMAP / POP3 / Exchange), it only reads email items but what if I want to read failure items as well?

Let me make it more clear; when we send an email and due to any reason if it gets failed then we receive a failure notification in our inbox. The problem is, any of the email client doesn’t has the functionality to read failure messages because these are not email items, these are notification items.

What are your suggestions?
