Read datatable from handwritten scanned pdf

Hi all,
I want to extract the table from the hand written scanned pdf document.
I tried DU but not able to get the proper output.
I want to read the table and write into excel sheet
please help me out .

yes a proper form where couple of fields - Id, Name, Marks
and values are handwritten
This is the type of scan document i have

I used google cloud and got very good results. It works very well especially for english. I hope that will be useful.
