Read column A from Excel and get rows?

I have data about 5000+ rows.

I want to read row excel unhide only (Column A) ?
File Excel as attached : data hide.xlsx (8.5 KB)

Step 1 : Filter Column Recheck = “” and STATUS_CD = #N/A

Step2 : Read Column A by row and get row from excel.

Please guide me about it.
