Read bookmarks in a PDF file

I have a large number of large PDF files that have been bookmarked. How do I code a bot to read in just the bookmarked pages and extract the data on that bookmarked page to excel?

Example: I have 800 k1 pdfs that has many pages. I bookmark just the page I would like data from. I would like the bot to read the PDF bookmark and extract data from the page to excel. Every k1 PDF may have different info that needs to be read from a bookmark on a different page with in the PDF.
