Re-installation of UiPath Insights fails

Re-installation of UiPath Insights Fails with the error "Service with name SiSense.Collector does not exist" in CommandExecutor log

Issue : When we try to reinstall UiPath Insights Fails with the error "Service with name SiSense.Collector does not exist" in CommandExecutor log.

 


Solution:

This happens because of the already existing Sisense registry, which does not get deleted/cleaned up after the first installation is removed or if it has failed.

 

The registry would be located in the location HKLM -> SOFTWARE -> Sisense and Sisense LTD
 

Ensure that the below registry entries are deleted before making a reattempt of Installation.
