RDRCEF.EXE application error pop-up while opening or saving pdf file in a browser using Adobe PDF viewer

Hi,

I am working on a workflow where I have to open a link. The link will open a pdf document in Adobe PDF viewer and I have to save the pdf.

I am using Send hotkeys ctrl+shift+S for saving the pdf. But while the pdf opens in the browser, an error pop-up “RDRCEF.EXE-Application Error” comes up and because of which send hotkeys fails
The error message in the pop-up says that "

Please help me to resolve the error pop-up coming up while opening the pdf document

Without using the send hot key event
Why not click the Save button directly in the browser?
If this is not the case, please let me know the screenshot or error message.
