Quries on Dynamic Scheduling on Excel

Hi everyone,

I have a few questions I would like to ask, how do I create a dynamic scheduling in excel with a set of conditions for example:

When the user start a program, a input prompt for the name of the person and unavaliable dates will be required, once it has been key in, the unavaliable dates will be coloured out in black in the excel row of the person.

The Program can also project out a dynamic scheduling for the month of each person highlighted in yellow.

Is it possible to do it without VBA?
